I ordered the scavenger hunt for ages 6–9 with audio, but the links I received after payment contained two PDFs that both said “for children ages 9–12.” Since the treasure hunt is meant for a 6-year-old, I can’t use my order at all!

We’re very sorry for the confusion. There was indeed a small mistake during the upload: only the cover page of the PDFs accidentally showed “9–12 years.” The tasks and content in your order are of course the correct ones and were specifically created for children aged 6–9 years.
We were a bit sad to see a one-star rating right away — a quick email would have been enough for us to clear up the misunderstanding immediately. As soon as we received your message, we replied within an hour and fixed the issue right away.
If you had taken a moment to look through the different PDFs, you would have noticed that some tasks do differ and that the version for ages 6–9 is properly adjusted for that age group.
