Cancellation Policy & Cancellation Form (Digital Products)

Consumers have the right to cancel this contract under the following conditions.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their trade, business, or profession.

A. Cancellation Policy

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after fourteen (14) days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (Arne Bötel, Asmati Street 9, Tbilisi, Georgia, Email: [email protected]) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (for example, by email or by letter).

You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your cancellation request before the cancellation period has expired.

Exclusion / Early Expiration of the Right to Cancel for Digital Content

The right to cancel expires early for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g., PDF downloads), once we have started performing the contract after you have:

  1. expressly agreed that we may begin providing the digital content before the cancellation period ends, and

  2. acknowledged that by giving your consent, you lose your right to cancel once the download starts or access is provided.

This means: As soon as your digital file is made available for download and/or you begin downloading it, your right to cancel ends.

Effects of Cancellation (only if the right to cancel still applies)

If you cancel this contract within the valid cancellation period (and the right has not expired), we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive your cancellation request.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
