These terms and conditions govern participation in the affiliate program of riddlelicious.com.
By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to comply with the rules below.

§ 1 Application & Approval

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who operate a lawful website or online presence
and are the legitimate owner or authorized operator of the domain or platform.

Prohibited content
  • Extremism or radical content
  • Pornography or sexually explicit material
  • Violence or glorification of violence (including toward humans or animals)
  • Illegal drugs or promotion of drug use
  • Political propaganda or partisan political content

Your website must be clearly distinguishable from riddlelicious.com and may not create the impression
of being operated by riddlelicious.com, nor imply a deeper partnership beyond this affiliate program.

All applications are reviewed at the sole discretion of riddlelicious.com and may be rejected without explanation.

§ 2 Affiliate Obligations

riddlelicious.com provides approved affiliates with access to promotional materials and tracking links via the affiliate portal.

  • You are responsible for proper technical integration of referral links.
  • Tracking links must be generated through the affiliate dashboard.
  • Promotional content must remain accurate and up to date.
  • Active links should be reviewed regularly for correct functionality.

Modification of official banners or promotional assets is not permitted without prior written approval.
Users must voluntarily click on affiliate links. Forced clicks, automatic redirects, hidden links, or deceptive practices are strictly prohibited.

§ 3 Prohibited Promotional Methods

The following promotional practices are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing:

  • Search engine advertising using brand-related keywords (e.g., bidding on “riddlelicious” or similar variations)
  • Paid search ads or sponsored listings that imply official representation
  • Adware, toolbars, browser extensions, or injected advertising
  • Pop-ups, pop-unders, iFrames, forced redirects, or direct forwarding
  • Post-view tracking
  • Misleading discount or coupon promotion without authorization

Email marketing is generally prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing. Any approved email campaigns must comply with applicable laws
(e.g., double opt-in where required, clear sender identification, unsubscribe option, and legal notices). Affiliates may not act on behalf of
riddlelicious.com or represent themselves as the company.

Email form is sufficient.

§ 4 Cookie Duration & Attribution

Affiliate tracking is based on a 90-day cookie duration.

  • If a user visits riddlelicious.com via an affiliate link, the affiliate is credited for purchases made within 90 days of that click.
  • Each new qualifying click resets the 90-day period.
  • If a user clicks multiple affiliate links, the Last Cookie Wins model applies (most recent referrer receives the credit).

§ 5 Commission

riddlelicious.com pays affiliates a commission of 30% of the actually generated net revenue per completed sale.

Net revenue includes
  • The invoiced product price excluding taxes
  • Successfully completed and fully paid transactions
Net revenue excludes
  • Refunded purchases, chargebacks, and fraudulent transactions
  • Amounts reduced due to discounts, gift cards, or similar adjustments

§ 6 Payment

Payments are made monthly once a minimum balance of $25 USD has been reached.

Affiliates must provide valid payment details. Payouts are available via bank account or PayPal.

  • If payment details are not provided within 12 months after commission becomes payable, the commission claim may expire.
  • Balances do not accrue interest.
  • riddlelicious.com reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud or violation of these terms.

§ 7 Termination

This agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated at any time by either party without notice.

  • Affiliates may terminate participation by removing all promotional materials and referral links.
  • In case of serious violations, riddlelicious.com may terminate immediately and unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
  • Upon termination, all affiliate links and promotional materials must be removed without delay.
